Our Story
Born out of a Franco-German passion. Our team is made of men and women, engineers, economists, and even military strategists. They all share the same demanding passion: tackling environmental challenges with method, pragmatism, and precision.
Rooted in the industrial sector. Our two founders honed their expertise in global steel, aerospace, and rail industries, where they gained the skills needed to solve complex problems that intertwine human, technical, and commercial factors.
Well-established environmental experience and expertise. Since 2019 while working for other organizations, we have successfully completed close to 50 projects, guiding numerous industries across various sectors, through their environmental transitions.

Hélène Isermeyer
Managing Partner & Co-founder
Educated in War Studies & Strategy, Helene brings a unique perspective on problem-solving and strategic planning. After working as Program Lead at Airbus and Bombardier, she moved to Consulting, partnering with major companies like Hager Group, LG Electronics, Thyssenkrupp, Veolia, and Ariston, to deliver hands-on results in line with their environmental targets.

Diane Naffah
Jr. Consultant
Diane brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by her background in political science and energy economics. Her previous experiences include working on carbon footprints, decarbonization strategies, regulatory watch, and climate-related topics. One of her main focus is to support companies in navigating the growing complexity of environmental regulations, and what it means for their own customers and suppliers!
Henri Cuin
Managing Partner & Co-founder
With over two decades of senior executive experience in leading steel (ArcelorMittal) and rail industries as well as in sustainability advisory, Henri brings a thorough industrial economist & engineer's view on environmental challenges. He led decarbonization investment feasibility studies strategized with the executive boards of renown companies of the Mittelstand.
Alexandru State
Business Analyst
With a background in mathematics and physics, Alexandru has been involved in projects connecting analytical research with sustainability challenges. During his studies, he contributed to a project with Porsche Consulting and Nestlé on developing a sustainable food consumption observatory, and supported work on improving resource efficiency practices in Île-de-France. Passionate about sports and teamwork, he brings curiosity, analytical skills, and motivation to the projects he supports.
Irina Chèvre
Consultant
Graduated with a degree in International Business, Irina brings fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team. With a growing knowledge in sustainable practices, she has been helping clients navigate the complexity of building sound business and environmental cases. On top, she manages our external communications. A bit like a born-swiss-knife!
